How to add a new camera to your NVR?

A: Pease refer below steps to connect camera with NVR.

1. Connect camera with power adapter, and put it close to NVR,

2. Make camera antenna and the NVR wifi antenna are parallel,

3. Right click the mouse, select camera, click add icon, continue,

4. Press the reset button for 10s, then move the hand away

5. New camera ip address 172.20.14.** show up, click continue to complete connection.

 

Share the cameras with family

In App, click “” icon to share the device to your family members or friends without letting them know the system admin password.

Share Permissions: set the permissions allow others to check.

QR code validity period: QR code valid time

Let people whom you would like to share your cameras download Eseecloud App, register an account and scan shared QR code to view the cameras.

STOXTAR WiFi Security Camera can be connected to home wifi and videos can be checked in the App.

1. Download Eseecloud App and register an account, here is download center: https://stoxtar.com/pages/download

2. In App, Click + and scan QR code on the camera

 

3. Hold the security camera reset button for 10s and you will hear a beep sound. Then click “Device light is blinking”

4. Next, input  wifi and input wifi password.(the camera only support 2.4Ghz wifi, not support 5Ghz) Click Next

Note: The wifi name and password don't including special character and the wifi password don't over 12 character. 

5. You will get a QR code in App. Please scan the QR code with camera lens at distance of 4-5FT. When you hear the prompt tone, please click blue button "Hear the the prompt voice". 

6. Then wait for the camera to connect to WiFi. When finish, you can edit camera name.
